All online orders are for next day or future day delivery only. If you require a same day delivery service, please call us on 020 7622 7688 and we can arrange this for you.

There is a standard delivery charge of £5.99 for any next day or future day online orders, Monday - Saturday.

Deliveries are not available on Sundays and UK Public holidays. Any deliveries requested for these days will be made on the next working day.

Timed deliveries are only guaranteed for funerals online, however if you request AM or PM in the special delivery instuctions box at checkout, we will always try to accommodate wherever possible, with the exception of peak delivery days such as Valentines Day, where timed deliveries are not possible. If you need a guaranteed timed delivery for anything other than a funeral, please call us on 020 7622 7688 to place your order and for a small charge we can arrange this for you, with the exception of peak delivery days.

If the recipient is not home, we will always try to leave the flowers with a neighbour, in which case the driver will leave a card for the recipient detailing where the flowers have been left. If the flowers cannot be taken in by a neighbour, the driver will leave a card asking the recipient to contact us to rearrange a suitable delivery time and date. Please provide us with at least one contact telephone number for the recipient, incase of delivery difficulties.

We hate to disappoint so we are always happy to deliver to a business address during working hours if you are not sure whether your recipient will be home.
